TO OBTAIN MY CREDENTIALS, WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SUBMIT?
Retailers in the Home & Decoration segment must prove the professional relationship of each visitor, presenting the business card with all the company’s data (corporate name, address, email) + proof of CNPJ [EIN] status or articles of association. Architects must present a professional card proving registration with the Board of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAU). Decorators and designers must present a membership card to professional groups or associations.
CAN I TAKE A COMPANION WHO DOESN’T BELONG TO THE SECTOR?
No. Only professionals working in the Home & Decoration segment will be eligible to receive credentials to enter the event.
I LOST MY CREDENTIALS. WHAT NOW?
Proceed to the credentials pick-up windows and present the documentation required to reprint your badge.
IS THERE AN ADMISSION COST?
No. Admission is free of charge, but restricted to industry professionals.
CAN ANYONE VISIT ABUP EVENTS?
No. The event is not open to the general public. CAN MINORS ENTER THE EVENT?
Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter the Event, including infants and/or toddlers.
I AM A COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE; CAN I VISIT THE EVENT?
Only representatives who work for the exhibitors or with authorization from the Event organizers will be eligible to receive credentials to attend the Event, in which case they are registered as visitors.
I AM A STUDENT; CAN I VISIT THE EVENT?
Students may be eligible to receive credentials through the authorization of the Event organizers or through the express invitation of an exhibitor.
I AM A MANUFACTURER OR IMPORTER OF HOME UTILITIES, DECORATION OR FURNITURE; CAN I VISIT THE EVENT?
Yes. Manufacturers or importers in the sector can visit the event, but must prove their professional relationship with the sector.
I AM A JOURNALIST; CAN I VISIT THE EVENT?
Yes. Credentials must be obtained directly in the Press Room or through the link:
I AM A DIGITAL INFLUENCER; CAN I VISIT THE EVENT?
Yes, provided you operate in the Decoration & Organization segment. Credentials must be obtained directly in the Press Room or through the link:
I WORK FOR A PRESS ORGANIZATION, BUT I AM NOT A JOURNALIST; CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT?
No. Admission for the press will be allowed only for journalists and reporters, i.e., only for professionals who are looking for content to write news stories.
I AM A PHOTOGRAPHER; CAN I ATTEND THE EVENT?
No. Only photojournalists who have ties to a media outlet in the segment can attend the event.
ARE THERE PERSONAL STORAGE LOCKERS AT THE EVENT? IS THERE A COST?
Personal storage lockers are available on-site. The service is free of charge.
HOW DO I GET TO THE PAVILION?
METRO + car: 5 minutes by car/taxi from the Santos-Imigrantes Metro Station (Linha Verde [Green Line] – Paulista).
BIKE: The site offers Bike Park on the floors of the parking garage with more than 400 spaces. It is free of charge. The Event organizers recommend that each visitor bring their own lock for bicycle security.
PERSONAL VEHICLES: The venue has PARKING (fully managed by INDIGO) and access is through portão/gate 1, located at Rodovia dos Imigrantes, KM 1.5 – Água Funda – São Paulo (SP). The daily rate is R$ 55.00 (amount subject to change).
