REGISTRATIONI frequently attend ABUP events. How can I register?
If you have attended an ABUP event and are a retailer or work in the industry (a decorator, designer or architect), simply show some ID and business card to get your badge directly from the frequent visitors’ desk.
Since this is a trade fair for retailers and industry professionals only, the data you submit will be reviewed by our team and you will receive a reply by email. Once you receive confirmation, go to the pre-registration desk and provide the bar code you received along with any evidence of your professional affiliation with a company in our industry, or evidence of your work as a decorator, designer or architect. Your badge will be printed once you have provided these documents.

Retailers in the Home and Decoration sectors must provide evidence of the professional affiliation of all their attendees by providing a business card with all company details (company name, address, e-mail) plus their CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID) or articles of incorporation. Architects must show their professional ID with evidence of registration in the Brazilian Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU). Decorators and designers must provide evidence of membership with professional associations or organizations.
No. Only those working in the Home and Decoration industry are eligible to register.
Go to the registration desk and provide the required documents so a new badge can be printed.
ADMISSIONDo I have to pay to enter the venue?
No. Admission is free, but restricted to professionals in the industry.
No. The event is not open to the general public. Admission is only available to retailers in the Home and Decoration sectors, who must provide evidence of the professional affiliation of all their attendees by showing a business card with all company details (company name, address, e-mail) plus their CNPJ (National Register of Companies) ID or articles of incorporation. Architects must show their professional ID with evidence of registration in the Brazilian Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU). Decorators and designers must provide evidence of membership with professional associations or organizations.
Admission is not available to individuals under 14 years of age, including infants and toddlers.
Only agents working for the exhibitors or with authorization of the event organizers are allowed, in which case they can register as visitors.
Students are allowed to register upon authorization of the event organizers or upon explicit invitation by an exhibitor.
Yes. Manufacturers or importers in our industry wishing to visit the fair must provide evidence of their business.
Yes. To have access to the event, members of the media must register directly in the Press Room.
No. Admission is only available to journalists and reporters. In other words, only professionals seeking content to develop stories are allowed.
No. Only photo reporters associated with a media organization can attend the event.
AMENITIESAre lockers provided during the event?
Yes, a locker service is provided free of charge.

Subway + Car: 5 minutes by car/taxi from Santos-Imigrantes Subway Station (Green Line – Paulista)

Yes. ABUP has a partnership with Global Fair. Special rates are available during the event. To book a hotel room, please contact the official travel agency for the event. More details coming soon.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCan I photograph the event?
Photographing the event, its products, booths, attractions, or participants is not allowed. Only the event photographers and photo reporters that have been previously authorized by the exhibitor will be allowed to take photos.
Retail product sales are not allowed. You can only place orders during the event.
Since this is a business event, attendees are not allowed to wear shorts, sleeveless shirts or flip-flops.
Yes. All ABUP events are air-conditioned.
